Bellingham Conservation Commission approves Bruce Road septic with enforcement order

Bellingham Conservation Commission approves conditions for 77 Bruce Road septic. The Commission issued an Order of Conditions for a septic system upgrade and an Enforcement Order requiring revegetation of areas cleared without prior approval, based on Conservation Agent Hannah Chace's recommendation that the failed septic system warranted expedited approval. The Commission also continued eight public hearings for development applications to April 8 and April 22, including multiple lots at the "Red Mill on the Charles" development at Mechanic and Mill Streets, and issued a Certificate of Compliance closing out a 1998 order for 115 Mendon Street.
