Bellingham Zoning Board continues two hearings.

Zoning Board · Meeting of March 5, 2026

Bellingham Zoning Board continues two hearings due to procedural issues. The board voted unanimously to continue the Prospect Village appeal to March 19, 2026, after member Elizabeth Berthelette's recusal due to her Planning Board vote on the underlying decision required all four remaining members to be present for a quorum. The board also unanimously continued the special permit hearing for a battery energy storage facility at 26 Pearl Street to April 2, 2026, after the applicant could not attend due to inclement weather.

The decision deadline for the Prospect Village appeal is April 4, 2026.
