Conservation Commission · Meeting of March 11, 2026
BELLINGHAM — The Bellingham Conservation Commission continues four major development hearings to March 25. Applications on 77 Bruce Road (failing septic system and prior tree removal), Blackstone Street (street improvements with vernal pool impacts), 455 Hartford Ave (commercial building in buffer zone), and Mechanic Street's "Red Mill on the Charles" amendment request were all deferred, with Conservation Agent Hannah Chace recommending site visits and further review.
