Council on Aging members warn of TikTok door-banging challenge

Bellingham Council on Aging alerts residents to an online TikTok door-banging challenge after police identified six teenagers in connection with a door-damage incident at the Senior Center. Member Tsune Roberts urged residents to keep outside lights on and door cameras active as a precaution. The council unanimously approved prior meeting minutes and the December treasurer's report, showing 37.73 percent of general fund expended through December 2.
The town approved $10,000 for siding repairs and the center is replacing original window frames. The center is recruiting part-time kitchen staff.
