BELLINGHAM — The Board of Health heard a health agent report on septic, food and Kratom enforcement. Members approved the Oct. 6 minutes by voice vote with four of five members present, Richard J. Martinelli by phone. The agent said Title V reports for systems with components below the 2019 local 12 inch grade requirement would be returned to inspectors with a cover letter.
Stores visited had pulled Kratom, the agent said, and at 327 Farm Street the agent gave an owner the maximum 30 days to fix a punch list after a state housing representative requested a new inspection.
