Mansion Street septic project wins conservation approval with conditions

BELLINGHAM — Conservation Commission approves conditions for Mansion Street residential project. The Bellingham board issued an Order of Condition for septic system replacement and pool backfilling at 41 Mansion Street and Harpin Street with conditions drafted by Conservation Agent Hannah Chace, while continuing four major development applications to April 22. The board continued hearings on projects from Wall Street Development Corp., Quarry Development LLC, and Darn Properties LLC, as well as four single-family homes in the Red Mill on the Charles development at Mechanic Street and Mill Street.
The board additionally approved a Certificate of Compliance for 40 Paine Street and a planting plan with three-year monitoring for 77 Bruce Road.
