Bellingham Planning Board approves inclusionary housing after first vote fails. Woodland Peak Development's proposal to designate middle units as affordable housing in a five-townhouse cul-de-sac on Blackstone Street initially failed 3-2, but after Ernie Feiteira revised the configuration to use an end unit in one building and a middle unit in another, the board approved it unanimously.
