BELLINGHAM — Planning Board endorses Scott Street lot division, continues Blackstone Street roadway hearing. The Planning Board, chaired by Philip M. Devine, unanimously approved an Attendant Notification and Registration plan to subdivide 5 Scott Street into two six-acre lots.
Director Robert Lussier confirmed the proposal meets all applicable requirements. The board continued its public hearing on Wall Street Development Corp.'s proposed 1,900-linear-foot Blackstone Street improvements to February 12, 2026, pending peer review response.
