Bellingham Planning Board advances three zoning amendments for Town Meeting. The board unanimously recommended amendments to use regulations, definitions, and a new drive-through facilities ordinance for voter consideration. Members voted to delay decisions on four major projects to May 14, including a 1,600-unit age-restricted housing development on 330 acres at 180 Paine Street and an 85.6-acre residential project at Red Mill on the Charles.
In a separate action, the board directed Town Administrator Joseph Laydon to issue formal determinations on proposed Blackstone Street improvements.
