Planning Board sends zoning amendments to Select Board

Bellingham Planning Board advances zoning amendments, continues major projects. The board unanimously forwarded three warrant articles (Drive-Thru Regulations, Table of Uses, Definitions) to the Select Board for Town Warrant placement and approved landscape plans for SNETT Trail Subdivision. Multiple major developments were continued: a 1,600-unit age-restricted housing complex at 180 Paine Street (April 23), two Hartford Avenue special permit applications for retail and banking (April 9), Blackstone Street improvements (April 23), and a 239 Maple Street amendment for equipment storage (April 9).

Board minutes from February 26 were approved 4-1.
