Bellingham Select Board approves $36.5 million water infrastructure bond. CFO Heidi Chuckran presented an interim loan from the Massachusetts Clean Water Trust for PFAS treatment plant costs, and the board voted 4-0 with 1 abstention to authorize the $36.5 million bond program. The board unanimously approved a One Day Special License for a Sip and Shop event on February 14 and opened the May 2026 Annual Town Meeting warrant.
