Board Chair Michael Hennessy and members supported Laydon consulting with experts in implementing similar programs, noting that demonstrating a financing path could improve state assistance prospects given anticipated traffic from new warehouses in Hopedale and Mendon.
The bid for Hartford Avenue improvements expires July 22, with Board update scheduled June 15.
