Bellingham Select Board reviews Town Meeting procedures. Town Administrator Joseph Laydon briefed the four-member board on a proposed consent agenda and procedural rules for the upcoming Town Meeting, with the agenda designed to group routine articles together to save time. Board members present were Michael Hennessy, Jennifer Altomonte, Don Martinis, and Mrs.
Odabashian, with Cody Spencer absent. The board raised no questions and voted unanimously to adjourn at 6:55 PM.
