Selectboard approves Senior Center parking lot design plan

Bellingham Select Board approves $65,000 Senior Center parking design with 44 spaces. The Board voted unanimously to adopt Option 1, including an emergency access gate to the high school and potential police station access, funded through Congressman Rausch's earmark. The Board appointed Joseph Altomonte to the Cemetery Commission (4-0-1) and designated two Whitman Acres units as affordable housing (4-0-1).
The Board approved a National Grid recloser pole on South Main Street (4-0-1) and waived permit denial at 11 Summer Street for a proposed engineering operation.
