Bellingham Zoning Board of Appeals continues Prospect Village appeal hearing to February. The board voted unanimously on January 8 to postpone the hearing until February 5, 2026, at the applicant's request. The appeal concerns a Planning Board decision on property off Lake Street and Prospect Street; the petitioner is Louis Petrozzi, president of Wall Street Development Corp. of Westwood.
Director of Planning and Engineering Robert Lussier updated the board on the Burton Woods 40B Bond project, which remains on hold pending a surety bond agreement while an appeal from Franklin residents is resolved.
