The commission unanimously approved a donation of a 1920s firefighter helmet and a bench cushion purchase at its August 17 meeting. New work includes a community memorial project for longtime Town Administrator Denis Fraine, collecting stories, photographs and memories for a commemorative booklet and permanent museum archive, with submissions due by October 23.
The commission also plans to complete a museum collection policy by December and advance demolition-delay ordinance language for town meeting.
