Bellingham Council on Aging approves reports in routine February meeting. Chair Kay Page presided as members unanimously approved the Treasurer's Report, with the general fund showing 54.24 percent of $334,851 expended as of February 2. Senior Center Director Josie Dutil announced the launch of twice-weekly lunch service on Tuesdays and Thursdays and reported on the parking lot expansion project using $65,000 in state funding secured through Senator Becky Rausch's office, which will add a minimum of 20 new parking spaces parallel to Blackstone Street.
